Chimwemwe holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Parasitology and Disease Vector Control from Mzuzu University. He has technical expertise in molecular biology, epidemiology, microbiology, and bioinformatics, with proficiency in tools such as R, SPSS, Kobo Collect, and laboratory diagnostic technique.
