Twalibu Tandwe Jnr is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Intellect Consultancy, where he provides strategic leadership and technical direction for multidisciplinary research, environmental consulting, GIS services, and capacity-building initiatives. He is committed to delivering evidence-based solutions that support sustainable development and responsible environmental management.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biodiversity Conservation and Management from Mzuzu University and a University Certificate of Education, strengthening his expertise in research, training, and institutional capacity development.
Twalibu’s professional experience includes biodiversity assessment, ecological surveys, vegetation studies, GIS and remote sensing, spatial data analysis, and environmental reporting for environmental and infrastructure projects.
He is proficient in ArcGIS, QGIS, remote sensing applications, and statistical tools such as R, SPSS, and STATA, enabling the integration of field data and spatial analysis to support informed decision-making.
