Twalibu Tandwe Jnr
Twalibu Tandwe Jnr is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Intellect Consultancy, where he provides strategic leadership and technical direction for multidisciplinary research, consultancy services, GIS and remote sensing applications, and professional capacity-building initiatives.
Twalibu's professional experience includes biodiversity assessments, ecological surveys, vegetation studies, environmental research, GIS and remote sensing, spatial data analysis, and technical reporting for environmental and development-related projects. He has also contributed to community-based initiatives and proposal development.
He is proficient in ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth Engine, remote sensing applications, and statistical tools including R, SPSS, and STATA, enabling the integration of field-based research and geospatial analysis to generate practical solutions for conservation, environmental management, and sustainable development.

Christina
Christina is the Programs Officer at Intellect Consultancy, where she leads the coordination and implementation of research, environmental, and capacity-building programmes. She provides leadership in project management, stakeholder engagement, community engagement, and programme coordination, ensuring projects deliver sustainable and measurable outcomes.
Christina has also worked with organizations including the Lilongwe Wildlife Trust, contributing to conservation research, climate change initiatives, environmental education, and community-based programmes. She has expertise in biodiversity conservation, community engagement and stakeholder management, and ecological research and environmental education.

Proposal and Grant Development Officer
Memory
Memory is the Proposal and Grant Development Officer at Intellect Consultancy, where she supports the development of research proposals, grant applications, and project concepts to promote impactful and sustainable initiatives. She contributes to identifying funding opportunities, coordinating proposal development, and ensuring submissions meet donor and partner requirements.
She has experience in proposal writing, grant development, project planning, and supporting resource mobilization efforts for conservation and community-based initiatives. She has also contributed to afforestation and reforestation programs, establishment of Village Forest Areas, stakeholder engagement, and participatory community development processes.
